Once you have placed your order our picking and packing process begins to ensure that we can ship your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to allow any changes to already submitted orders.

It is not possible to add items to an existing order or combine orders. If you have multiple orders and would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) if they have not been shipped and place a new order, which contains all the items you require.

Once your order has been shipped we can place a request with our couriers to re-direct your parcel. Please note that this is not guaranteed and in some cases your parcel may be returned to us for re-shipment.

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are normally processed within 5 business days (subject to security checks and availability of stock) This enables us to deliver most purchases within 10 business days to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane metropolitan areas. Items that are travelling further may take longer.
Please note that orders placed during sale events may be subject to delays.

Delivery time is dependant upon destination country. Most orders will be delivered within 7-12 days.

Any full priced merchandise purchased from a Rhodes & Beckett store or our online store may be returned or exchanged or store/online credit within 30 days of purchase.
All discounted merchandise including items purchased on sale, purchased with a promotional code online or part of an in store/online promotion and multi-buy offers may be returned for exchange within 14 days from date of receipt.
We do not accept 'change of mind' returns on Fragrances.
